What to do when the insured event on insurance vehicles

  • In case of damage or destruction of the vehicle due to accident policyholder, beneficiary or a person admitted under the insurance contract to manage the insured vehicle must primarily perform actions prescribed by the Traffic Regulations (in particular, leave the car at the accident scene , call for police employee of the minutes of the accident, etc.).
  • After the occurrence of the incident relating to the insurance case, promptly, but in any event no later than 3 working days, notify the insurer of the insured event;
  • Take reasonable and available measures under the circumstances to reduce the damage and rescue the insured vehicle;
  • In all cases, the Insured shall in the prescribed manner by the competent authorities to obtain documents containing information on the outcome of the investigation.

Required documents

on the risk of DAMAGE in case of:

  1. Accident or contact with foreign objects - a certificate from the traffic police or of the police in fixed form, confirming this fact with a list of received damage to a vehicle and containing the other necessary information;
  2. Fire - A statement of the State Fire Supervision;
  3. natural disaster - a certificate of hydrometeorological confirming qualification events as natural disasters;
  4. if attended by the Interior Ministry, prosecutors and other law enforcement agencies - a written message (help) to initiate or refusal to initiate criminal proceedings.
  5. in case of damage or destruction of windshields and lighting devices not associated with an accident, the insurance indemnity is paid without the help of the State Auto Inspection.

at the risk of theft provide the Insurer within 3 working days following documents:

  1. confirmation from the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic on the treatment upon thefts, robbery, robbery with respect to TC;
  2. all powers of attorney issued to the use and disposal of vehicle;
  3. registration documents (originals) of the vehicle (Vehicle Technical card, vehicle registration document, the certificate of registration of the vehicle, the vehicle registration).
  4. original keys.

Actions Insured when the insured event the property insurance

  4. compile a list of destroyed, damaged or stolen property, except the complete destruction of the entire property;
  5. ensure the presence of the representative of the appropriate emergency service in compiling act upon failure of heating, water or sanitation;
  6. notify the insurance company about getting monetary compensation from the guilty person causing damage.
  7. in the case of destruction, loss or damage to insured property insurer to submit all the documents necessary to establish the cause of death or damage to property and damage assessment;
  8. save up to arrival of a representative body of all remaining insurance after a disaster or accident property as damaged and not damaged.

To solve the problem for reimbursement you must submit:

  • police certificate, a certificate of fire service management;
  • cost estimate for the repair of your property;
  • bills for repairs to your property;

In connection with the death of the insured person is beneficiary to the insurance company:

  • insurance policy, an application for a sum insured, the certificate of death of the insured or a notarized copy of a detailed medical report on the cause of death, the disposal of the insured about whom he has appointed to receive the sum insured in the event of his death, an identity document;

Heirs of the insured:

documents listed above, as well as a certificate of inheritance issued by notary public.
